Cant download Jan/Feb issue

Hi - I am unable to download the Jan/Feb issue. It keeps asking me to "buy" the issue. I have an annual subscription through Itunes.
I deleted the app, and reinstalled it, but it still wont work.
I notice that there was an update last night, but unfortunately it still did not rectify the problem. Any suggestions?
