App wont let me download latest issue

I usually have no problems but the app wont let me download the new issue without paying for it even though I have an active digital subscription. Also the tab that gives you info about your subscription status is useless. It always reads "N/A" even though Im signed in. They certainly give you many opportunities to double purchase which is annoying. I love the content though so I put up with it.
